Locality: Krasiejo, Opole Silesia, Silesia Province, Poland.

Horizon: Probably Drawno beds coeval to the Lehrberg Beds of Germany.

Age: Late Carnian Stage, Lower Late Triassic Epoch, Late Triassic.

Material: Tooth.
