Locality: Dunedin, Beaufort West District, Western Cape Province, South Africa.

Horizon: Hoedemaker member, Middle Teekloof Formation.

Age: Tatarian Age, Lopingian Subepoch, Zechstein Epoch, Late Permian.

Material: Fragmentary skull.
