Locality: Oklahoma Museum of Natural History Locality V8, 6.8 km NE Henrieville, Garfield County, Utah.

Horizon: Middle Wahweap Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Aquilian in age, Lower Campanian Stage, Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Left upper molar, probably the ultimate tooth in the series.
