Etymology: Amazighi, Berber, in the Berberian language: in honour of the Berberian people who helpd us during the 1988 expedition.

Holotype: MNHN SA 92

Locality: Anoual microvertebrate locality, about 100 km east of the city of Anoual an dnear a fort called Ksar Met Lili, Talsinnt Province, eastern High Atlas Mountains, Morocco.

Horizon: Morocco B sequence of the ‘couches rouges’.

Biostratigraphy: Unnamed non-marine limestone lens.

Age: Probably Berriasian Stage, Lower Neocomian Subepoch, Lowermost Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Lower right molar.

Etymology: In reference to India, the country where the specimens are from.

Holotype: VPL/JU/KM/13

Locality: West of Paikasigudem village, Rebbana Mandalam, Adilabad District, Andhra Pradesh State, India.

Horizon: Mudstones associated with the limestone bands, Kota Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Late Pliensbachian-Toarcian Stage, Upper Lias Epoch, Early Jurassic.

Material: Lower left molar.
