Etymology: In reference to Beleutinskaya Svita, Kazakhstan, where the fossil was found.

Etymology:

Holotype: IZK 1-751/III-1962

Locality: Babbolat Well area, on the slope of the margin of the plateau near Zhalmauz Well, western part of the Dzhalagash Region, Kzyl-Orda District, Kazakhstan.

Horizon: Bostobe Formaton, possible lower part of the Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Santonian-Lower Campanian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Posterior part of right dentary with posterior roots of m1-m2 and both roots of m3, and 2 alveoli of 2 teeth immediately anterior.
