Locality: Poatina Road Locality, is exposed in a road culvert on the Poatina Highway on the Great Western Tiers in north-central Tasmania.

Horizon: Cluan Formation, Upper Blina Shale.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Olenekian stage, upper Scythian Epoch, Early Triassic.

Material: The external impression of a left posterolateral skull fragment.

Locality: Midway Point Locality, the locality lies on the shore platform of the western coast of the Midway Point peninsula, which projects into Pitt Water from the north, 73070N and 53630E, Tasmania.

Horizon: Knocklofty Formation.

Material: Right parietal bone.

Locality: Conningham Locality, the fossiliferous area is a 100-m-long stretch of low sea cliffs, on the south coast of Northwest Bay about 0.8 km west of the coastal community of Conningham, 69690N and 51460E, Tasmania.

Horizon: Knocklofty Formation.

Material: The central portion of a left frontal bone.
