Material: Fragmentary skull.

Etymology: Derived from the Denwa Formation.

Holotype: ISI A 54

Locality: 1.5 km east of the village of Purtala, 22?36’, 78?34’, close to the Jhirpa-Mahulijhir road, Chhindwara District, Madhya Pradesh State, India.

Horizon: Denwa Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Middle Triassic.

Material: An almost complete skull.
