Ichnospecies: brinkmani McCREA & SARJEANT, 2001
Etymology: In honor of Dr. Donald Brinkman, who discovered the holotype slab.

Locality: On the footwall of the W3 Main site below the no. 4 coal seam, Smoky River Coal Mine (Smoky River Coal, Ltd.) about 21 km northwest of Grande Cache, Greenview County, Alberta Province, Canada.

Horizon: Gates Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Albian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Trackway.
