Ichnospecies: falcipollex BAIRD, 1980
Etymology: Falx, a sickle, plus pollex, thumb.

Holotype: P3.339 (MNA G2.7092)

Locality: MNA Locality 226, 2 miles north of Copper Mine Trading Post on the Kaibito Plateau, Navajo Indian Reservation, about 36’10” north, 111’12” West, Coconino County, Arizona.

Horizon: Navajo Sandstone, Glen Canyon Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Sinemurian-Pliensbachian Stage, Middle Lias Epoch, Early Jurassic.

Material: 6 pedes and 6 manus.

Etymology: After the type locality, Coyotes Buttes locality, at the border between Utah and Arizona.

Holotype: In situ (cast at MNA).

Locality: Coyotes Buttes locality, 36°59'57.6"N, 112°00'34.6"W, at the border between Utah and Arizona.

Horizon: Navaho Sandstone.

Age: Early Jurassic.

Material: Trackway.
