Etymology: In honor of Professor Emeritus B. K. Kim (Seoul National University), who discovered and described the first fossil bird tracks from the Korean Peninsula.

Locality: Near Dukmyeongri, Koseong-gun, Kyeongsangnam Province, Korea.
