Holotype: BVCPM 1222, Provincial Museum of British Columbia, Victoria.

Locality: Peach River canyon near Hudson Hope, British Columbia Province, Canada.

Horizon: Grey siltstone.

Age: Late Aptian-early Albian Stage, Lower Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.
