Etymology: In reference ot the asymmetric thickness of the two lateral cusps.

Locality: Near the village of Tihki, 23°56'N, 81°22'58"E, Rewa Gondwana Basin, Shahdol Distict, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Material: Partial lateral tooth.
