Etymology: 'Jumis" is one of the fertility gods (God of Crops) in Latvian mythology whose symbole resembles the outline of this fish's tooth plates.

Locality: Pavari-2 locality, left bank of the Ciecere River clsoe to its confluence with the Paksite River, Kurzeme, Latvia.
Horizon: Pavari Member, Ketleri Formation.
