Etymology: In honor of the late Professor Jenny Clack (University of Cambridge), whose contributins to vertebrate paleontology helped to revolutionize our understanding of the fish-tetrapod transition.

Locality: Burnmouth, Scotland, Northern United Kingdom.

Horizon: D-C boundary.
