Etymology: In reference to Voli Voli Cave, Fiji where the largest specimen was recovered.

Etymology: In honor of Prof. Atholl J. Andersion, in recognition of his contributions to the understanding of the prehistory, human settlement and Quaternary palecology of the southwestern Pacific Islands.
