Holotype: UCMP 39646

Locality: UC locality V-4519, Huila, about 4.85 m NE of Villavieja, 165m W of Villavieja-San Alfonso trail and several hundred meters N of house called La Venta, about 450 m NW of V-4517, Colombia, South America.

Horizon: Toxodont locality.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Upper Miocene Epoch, Lower Neogene Period, Upper Tertiary Subera, Middle Cenozoic Era.

Material: A small mandible lacking most of the right ramus and posterior part of the left.

Referred material:

UCMP 37093: A short posterior section of a mandibular symphysis.
