Etymology: In recognition of Exxon mobil's commitment to the preservation of paleontological heritage of the La Invernda area, Rincon de los Sauces, Neuquen, Patagoina, Argentina.

Holotype: MAU-Pv-LI-530

Locality: La Invernada area, located 50 km southwest from the Rincon de los Sauces City, Rincon de los Sauces State, Neuquen Province, Patagonia, Argentina.

Horizon: Bajo de la Carpa Formation, Rio Colorado Subgroup, Neuquen Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Santonian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Neurocranum complete articulated to postorbitals, and squamosals, hyoid bone, incomplete tooth and fragment of a crown, atlas, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th to 10th cervical vertebrae, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 7th to 10th dorsal vertebrae, 5 anterior caudal vertebrae, 5 middle caudal vertebrae, 1 distal caudal vertebrae and a most distal caudal vertebrae, left scapulacoracoid, ischium foot, cervical and dorsal ribs, fragments of gastralia, and 1 haemal arch.
