Locality: Xiaobeigou Village, Shangyuan Town, Beipiao City, Chaoyang City, Western Liaoning Province, China.
Horizon: Yixian Formation, Jehol Biota.

Age: Early Cretaceous.
Material: Fragmentary skull and fragmentary skeleton.
