Locality: Balabansai (a dried up creek), N 41°19’59”, E 72°07’30”, southern foothills of Chatkal range, approximately 5 km west of Tashkumyr (Tash-Kömur) city, northern Fergana Valley, Dzhalal-Abad (Jalal-Abad) Province, Kirghizia (Kyrgystan).

Horizon: Balabansai Formation.

Biostratigaphy:

Age: Callovian Stage, Upper Dogger Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: A partial skeleton.
