Genus: Zuniceratops WOLFE & KIRKLAND, 1998
Etymology: Zuni honors the Zuni People, whose ancestral homelands include the region where the specimens were discovered, and Greek, ceratops, “horn face”: Zuni horn face.

Etymology: In honor of Christopher James Wolfe, co-discoverers of the holotype.

Locality: Locality MSM 98-65, south side of Zuni Basin near the Arizona-New Mexico border, Catron County, New Mexico.

Horizon: Lower Moreno Hill Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Turonian Stage, Uppermost Gallic Subepoch, Lower Gulf Epoch, Middle Cretaceous.

Material: Brow horn, 2 maxillae, humerus, coracoid, caudal centra, right coracoid, distal right humerus and caudal vertebrae.
