Etymology: In memory of Dr. William A. Clemens Jr., long-time collaborator, friend, and colleague of the authors and the broader community of paleontologists, earth scientists, and students of the Late Cretaceous. The influnace of Bill, his significant contirbutions to vertebrate paleontology, and support for fellow scientists was far reaching and ensure his legacy will continue long into the future.

Locality: MOR locality HC-517, Garfield County, Montana.

Horizon: Lower third of the Hell Creek Formation.

Age: Lancian age, Late Maastrichtian Stage, Late Senonian Subepoch, Late Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.
