Etymology: Greek, pareisaktos, "intruder." It refers to this species being knonw from a single element found amidst hundres of hadrosaurid bones.

Etymology: Greek, evrostos, "robust." In reference to the great mediolateral thickness of the proximal extend of the scapula and massive build of the deltoid ridge.

Holotype: MCD 5371

Locality: Basturs Poble, near the village of the same name, eastern Trmep Syncline, Lleida Province, northeastern Spain.

Horizon: Conques Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Upper Lower Maastrichtian Stage, Upper Senonian Subepoch, Latest Gulf Epoch, Latest Cretaceous.

Material: Nearly complete left scapula.
