Etymology: In reference to the type area, Fruita (Colorado), and Latin, ends, "tooth."

Etymology: In honor of Paul Haaga, Jr., Hather Haaga, Blythe Haaga, Paul Haaga, Paul Haaga III and Catalina Haaga, to honoor thier support of the Natural History Museum of Los Angles County (LACM, Los Angeles, USA).

Locality: Callison’s Quarries, "LACM 4684" (general locality for specimens from FPA with poor specific locality data), Fruita Paleontological area, Fruita, near Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado.

Horizon: Brushy Basin Member, Morrison Formation.

Biostratigraphy: Zone 4.

Age: Comobluffian age, Kimmeridgian Stage, uppermost Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: Associated jaws, vertebrae and limb bones of a nearly full-grown individual, includes incomplete maxillae and dentaries, disarticulated vertebrae including cervicals, dorsals, 6 sacral vertebrae and caudals, proximal end of the right femur, both ends of tibiae and partial right metatarsal I.

Referred material:

LACM 128258: Juvenle individual, right premaxilla, partial left maxilla, dentaries, dorsal vertebra, and distal caudal vertebra.

LACM 120602: Distal caudal vertebra, left astragalocalcaneum and elemtns of the metatarsus pes.

LACM 128303: Poorly preserved anterior left dentary containing five crowns and four empty alveoli.
