Genus: Eoceratops LAMBE, 1915
Etymology: Greek, eos, “dawn” and Greek, ceratops, “horn face”: “dawn horn face”.

Etymology: From Jono (early 20th century African-American English) a majic charm or talisman, often used to attract members of the opposite sex (in reference to the elaborate frill, which may have functioned in courtship), Greek, ceras, 'horn', and Greek, ops, 'face'.

Material: Nearly complete skull.

Breakdown as follows;

1254A: Right squamosal.

1254b: The right posterior lateral extension of the parietal.

1254c: The right nasal including the right half of the nasal horn-core.

1254d: The right postfrontal and prefrontal with the supraorbital horn-core.

1254e: Left dentary without teeth.

1254f: An anterior dorsal vertebra.
