Etymology: Nisti masculine third declension genitive form of “nist” in horror of the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Locality: Drinker nisti Quarry –L & Quarry U (Lower and Upper Big Nose quarry), west Como Bluff, sec. 16, tp 22N, R77W, Albany County, Wyoming.

Horizon: Breakfast Bench Beds, 17 meters below the Dakota Sandstone, Upper Brushy Basin Member, Late Morrison Formation.

Biostratigraphy: Zone 4.

Age: Upper Part, Comobluffian age, Tithonian Stage, uppermost Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: Partial subadult skeleton with parts of upper and lower jaws, centra from all sections of the column, partial fore and hind limbs.

Caudal centra.

Ankle bones.

Top, fragmentary metatarsals, bottom, phalanges.

Referred material:

CPS 107: Very young individual, about 1/4 adult size, vertebral centra, proximal radius, distal metatarsals III and astragalus.

CPS 108: 1/2 grown individual, vertebral centra, distal humerus, phalange of hind foot.
Note: Lower level of Big Nose.

CPS 109: 1/2 grown individual, dorsal vertebral centrum.
