Locality: Melovatka-3 locality, 2 km east of the village of Melovatka, Zhirnovskii District, Volgograd Region, European Russia.

Horizon: Melovatskaya Formation, phosphorite horizon.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Middle Cenomanian Stage, Gallic Subepoch, Lowermost Gulf Epoch, Middle Cretaceous.

Material: Fragmentary skull (originally believed to be a brain mold with fragments of bony tissue and molds of bony cavities of the auditory region of the skull and sphenoids.) (WALSH, MILNER, & BOURDON, 2015).
