Locality: In the vicinity of Chiufotange Village, 45 km, South-east of Lingyuan on the Chinchou-Chengte line, Manchoukuo, Lioaning Province, China.

Horizon: Chiufotang Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Late Jurassic or Early Cretaceous.

Material: Fragmentary skull and skeleton.
